The robot is designed to maintain floors in active commercial spaces using planned routes, laser navigation and automatic charging. It does not replace an entire cleaning operation: people are still required for washrooms, surfaces, corners, incident response and quality control. Its value is moving a repetitive floor-care task to a measurable and consistent system.

What does the lease include?
The plan runs for 36 months at a fixed monthly price of ₪2,990 before VAT.
Included
- Use of the robot for the 36-month term.
- Routine repairs and replacement of wear parts resulting from proper use, subject to the agreement.
- Operational support under the service method and response times stated in the proposal and agreement.
- After three years, replacement with a new model as part of a continued engagement and subject to agreed terms.
Important terms
- The price excludes VAT.
- Final fit is subject to a site survey, model availability and a signed agreement.
- Intentional damage, negligence, use outside instructions and consumables not included in the agreement are priced separately.
- Only the signed proposal and agreement are binding.

Does the robot replace cleaning staff?
Not entirely. It is mainly suited to repeatable floor care. Washrooms, surfaces, corners, spot work and quality control still require a team and work plan.
Is the robot suitable for every building?
No. Flooring, aisle width, gradients, obstacles, people, charging and the operating environment must be reviewed first.
