How is a professional cleaning service price calculated?
The calculator shows an estimated customer price for a complete service — not the cleaner’s wage. It considers the statutory sector wage floor, employer costs, materials and equipment, supervision, operational backup and site complexity.
Calculated sector wage floor per hour
From April 2026: the monthly minimum wage of ₪6,443.85 plus the cleaning-sector supplement of ₪675, divided by 182 hours. This is an explanatory calculation, not a quotation.
Estimated service hour for 7–9 hours
This is the calculator’s current setting, before VAT. The customer price includes components beyond employee wages and cannot be compared directly with the hourly wage.
The final price follows a service assessment
Area, frequency, operating hours, staffing, supervision, equipment, materials, access and special requirements may change the quotation.
What is included beyond the employee wage?
- Statutory employer costs and sector rights
- Cleaning materials, equipment and wear
- Supervision, quality control and replacement cover
- Travel, logistics and management
- Site-specific risks and requirements
Sources and methodology
The calculation uses Israel’s general minimum wage effective 1 April 2026 and the 2026 cleaning-sector monthly supplement. The service price is a commercial estimate by S.Z. Pro Clean Ltd. and is not a payroll calculation, legal advice or binding quotation.
